With all the BS that is going around and all the misinformation being told, it is very hard to decipher what the truth is and what is just another lie. You hear it everyday, from your friends, from the media, even from our own doctors! Let the truth be revealed about detoxing your body, ways to detox, and how to lower belly fat.
The truth is that there is an epidemic of obesity and wide spread illnesses and diseases in America. It is sad because these conditions are self-inflicted. But there can be a light at the end of this long dark tunnel.
Stop just for a moment and look around you. Open your mind and shut the door to everything that you have heard and everything that you have been told, just for a moment. Think about it to see if it all adds up.
Let me ask you a question. How many people do you actually know that have tried to detox their body? How many people do you know that are in worse physical condition than they were before they detoxed their body?
I don’t think that you were able to come up with anybody that is in worse shape than they were in before their detox. Almost every detox plan is beneficial to your body. Some plans are much easier and better for you than others. But the point is that there IS a plan.
A generic detox diet plan only works for a selected amount of people. Only the people that have the willpower, done the research and preparation will have success. But the rest of the people will need a personalized detox diet plan especially designed just for them to reach success.

Belly Fat and How to Solve
Belly fat is a dangerous condition that affects thousands, if not millions of Americans. I am not talking about the “beer gut”, but a more concerning health risk. This condition is when your body starts packing fat behind the abdominal muscles. This has a domino affect.
First, it robs from the blood supply that feeds your vital organs (see Metabolic Syndrome for more information about this condition). Secondly, it takes up any available space within your interior cavity, squeezing your vital organs.
This increased stomach starts secreting hormones which throws your normal body functions into conflicting signals, which increases some hormones and decreases others. Now you have a hormone imbalance, which causes other health concerns. Obesity is one; diabetes is another, not to mention cancer, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
So what foods kill belly fat? Four foods if eaten regularly will dissolve belly fat, which in essence makes them a detox food. Dark Chocolate is one of them.
Dark Chocolate is loaded with antioxidants – 8 times more than what you will find in strawberries. Dark Chocolate also contains a special phytonutrient, called Theobromine, that studies have shown has a positive affect on burning away belly fat.
