Part Two – Slowing down the aging process

Part Two – Unleash the Power of Your Mind and Slow Down the Aging Process

I left off of Part One post promising you that I would complete the other two out of three processes that allow you to reprogram your subconscious mind. The last two processes are:

  • Read your goals at least twice a day
  • Visualize your success

Do you remember back in your youth when you were studying for a test, how you would ask the question and say the answer out loud? By verbally saying something out loud you actually burn that thought into your subconscious mind.

The importance of you repeating (reading) your goals and saying them out loud helps you to reprogram your subconscious mind, the part of your brain that never sleeps. What I do is print my goals out, in big letters, and hang it up on the wall (in front of my computer). This is the place I am at, everyday, after I awake.

By putting it out in front of me, I have no choice but to read it. I read it out loud, once in the morning, then once at night before I retire to bed. So I read mine twice a day. The time when you read it isn’t as important as the habit of reading it twice a day.

The reasoning behind this formula based process is because your subconscious mind can not distinguish between fact or fiction, (Imagination or reality) so your subconscious mind accepts it as truth.

Read your goals out loud as often as it takes to get the thought burned into your subconscious memory and never lose sight of what you want to accomplish!

Again this can be about anything, not just losing weight. It can be about anything. Your finances, your job, your health, anything that you are very strongly motivated about that you need to change for the better.

Visualize Your Success

Daily visualization is another very strong magnet in attracting the goals you established to reprogram your subconscious mind. It is recommended for you to find a quiet place where you can concentrate on the goal you have in mind. If needed, lie down and relax. Feel the tensions leaving your body, as you imagine your goal.

What I do is go out onto my patio where all my troubles disappear. I close my eyes and imagine my goal, already in the present time. As I do this, I imagine the compliments, the admiration, and all the nice things that my goal will accomplish.

I may be different than most people, but when I am in this state of imagination, it is as real as the light around me when I open my eyes. This is how deep of meditation you need to experience so that your subconscious mind will be reprogrammed to make the result come true.

The people, who feel like they can achieve something, and really believe, are the people that are far more likely to put forth the effort to actually go after that goal with enough determination to make sure it becomes reality.

I say again, you may be laughing at my outlandish sounding simple technique of producing goals within your subconscious mind so they come true. But I assure you; too many people have become drop-dead gorgeous, successful professionals, even self-made millionaires.

Try this technique in any aspect of your life. The art of positive thinking goes way beyond science fiction, because of too many people have proven this technique to work!

These are just three of the most crucial steps in developing a mindset where you can control your own destiny. Most people fail because they rely on a fad diet, some guru idiot, or just simply give up because it wasn’t handed to them on a silver platter. In any case, the only way to succeed is to believe. Faith in believing in your goal is paramount. Convincing your subconscious mind will take a little work, but the rewards are simply mind-boggling!

When you least expect it, your subconscious mind will reveal a thought that will catapult you to the next level. Your mind will be giving you the answer that you have been searching for. I have experienced this several times, usually when I am extremely busy with another project. But I try to never fail in writing it down, especially when I am already too busy to pursue my random thought. Then later when I can focus more attention to this random thought, I read what my subconscious mind has given me.

This completes the two-part series of mind control to reach your goals, whatever they may be. I hope you enjoyed my interpretation of reprogramming your subconscious mind. Your thoughts are welcomed.

I wish you success, prosperity, and enlightenment.

Sincerely,

Kenneth Merrick
